1. Product Quality
We pride ourselves on supplying premium, locally sourced, grass-fed meat. As our products are fresh and natural, slight variations in weight, size and appearance may occur.

2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment must be made in full prior to delivery or collection unless otherwise arranged.

3. Weights & Substitutions
Products are sold by weight. Final pricing may vary slightly depending on exact cut weight. If a product is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value unless otherwise requested.

4. Delivery
• Delivery fees apply at checkout.

•Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order.

• Once delivered, responsibility for proper refrigeration transfers to the customer.
• We are not liable for spoilage if the order is left unattended.

5. Click & Collect
Orders must be collected on the agreed date. We are not responsible for quality issues if collection is delayed without notice.

6. Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provide photos where possible.

7. Food Safety
All products must be stored and handled according to food safety guidelines. We are not responsible for improper storage or preparation after delivery or collection.
