1. Fresh Meat & Perishables

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect:

 

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection

• Include a photo of the product if possible

 

 

We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

 

3. Responsibility After Delivery

Once your order is delivered or collected, it is your responsibility to store products safely and handle them according to food safety guidelines.

 

4. Substitutions

If a product is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value unless you specify otherwise at the time of order.
